We are sad to announce that, on September 26, 2022, David Goolsby of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Woodbury, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Fred Davis Goolsby; his brother Mike Goolsby; and his nephews, Jason Michael Goolsby and Greg Goolsby. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Sexton (Avery) of Oneida, TN; his granddaughters, Aubrey and Amelia "Millie" Sexton; his sister Pam Goolsby Britton; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Goolsby and Aston Miles.

Memorial contributions are suggested to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
