With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Flatt (Cookeville, Tennessee), who passed away on April 30, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Hayes and Hazel Darlene Allen (Dailey); her grandparents, Vaden, Fannie Mae Allen (Jones), John and Daisy Dailey (Lynn); her grandsons, Matthew McKale and Dalton Hayes Chambers; her parents-in-law, Oplis "Blackie" and Marie Flatt; and her sister-in-law Velinda Flatt.
She is survived by: her husband Gary R. Flatt; her children, Troy Flatt (Lisa), Stephanie Chambers (Matt) and Bryson Flatt; her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Taylor, Kiarra Flatt, Kallee, Kaiden Chambers, Amber Green (Dalton) and Kaitlyn Guess (Justin); her great grandchildren, Rowan Atticus, Feyre Maeve, Remi Rae and Dawson Blake; her brother Danny Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Martin and Randy Flatt (Linda).
