She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garrett and Minnie Phillips Garrett; and her siblings, Judy Brown, Michael Garrett and Stanley Garrett.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Chapkovich; her sons, Lynn Garrett (Ashley) of Dunlap, TN and Jeremy Judd (Doris) of Cookeville, TN; her grandchildren, Lillian, Noah Garrett, Cody Winkler, Breanna, Daniel and Camron Judd; and her brother Dewey Garrett (Anna) of Cookeville. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
