She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. William C. Francis; her parents, Donald Draper and Madge Draper; and her brother Mark Draper. She is survived by: her sons, William Clark Francis, Jr., James Scott Francis, Sr. (Sherry Delaney) and Douglas Lee Francis (Debby); her grandchildren, Emily Maxwell, Leanne Humphrey (Cody), Ashley Golden (Josh), Hayley Crooks (Stephen), William Francis (Sabrina) and James Francis (Marissa); her great grandchildren, Lana Sliger, Jacob Rodriquez, Raeleigh Humphrey, Beau Humphrey, Boone Humphrey, Forrest Francis and Barett Francis; her brothers, William L. Draper (Joyce), Kenneth Draper and Paul Draper (Karen); her friend Judy Furman; and her son Dr. Francis.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to give to consider a donation to the William C. Francis Memorial Scholarship Endowment at Tennessee Tech University.
