With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris J. Ward of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Sparta, Tennessee, who passed away on August 13, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Mace and Beulah Mace (Dillon); her son John "Junebug" Ward; her great grandchild Emma Brown; and her siblings, Herbert, Mickey Mace, Betty, Nancy and Lucy.
She is survived by: her husband Wesley Ward; her daughters, Teresa Ward, Lisa Ward (Sean Eldridge) and Brenda Bumbalough (Ron); her grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Kylar, Jacqueline, Austin, Haley, Danny Mistie, Carrie and Jessica; and her siblings, Millie, Lennie, Wilma, Ricky and Leeroy. She is also survived by 14 Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
