He was predeceased by: his father Frank Tate Conley, Sr.; his wife Isabell Clouse Conley; and his siblings, Rena Walden, Geraldine Roper, June McGee, Frances Baxter, Frank Conley, David Conley and Austin Conley.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Deskins (George) of Murfreesboro, TN, Kimberly Shoop (Mark) of Readyvillle, TN, Sharon Deskins of Gainesville, FL, Doug Conley (Thong) of Murfreesboro and Daniel Conley (Denise) of Navarre, FL; his grandchildren, Stephanie Snyder, Jessica Deskins, Michael Conley, Laryne Conley, Christopher Conley, Mary McCloud, Braxton Shoop, Amy Deskins, Megan Conley and Rebecca Conley; and his sisters, Sara Webster (Larry) of Robinsville, NC. and Alice Stewart (Jay) of Robinsville, NC.. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
