We are sad to announce that, on April 12, 2023, at the age of 71, Doug Stewart of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doug Stewart to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley "Buck" Stewart and Hertha Reagan Stewart; and his sister Brenda Shanks. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Thompson Stewart; his daughter Shirley; his son-in-law Tim Holloway; his grandsons, Mark (Katie Holloway) and Luke Holloway (Jennilee Cobb); his great grandchildren, Hazel and Nathaniel Holloway; his sister Nelda Stewart; his nephew James Haney; and his brother-in-law George Shanks.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to, Willow Meals, Jackson and Smith County Youth Camp and Short Mountain Bible Camp.
