He is survived by: his wife Janice Wagner (Spivey); his siblings, Dianna Milkint (John), Daniel Wagner, Donnie Wagner (Linda), Dennis Wagner (Lynn) and Dale; and his sister-in-law Judy Spivey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
