She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Maynard and Clarcie Whitehead Maynard; and her siblings, Zenira Maynard, Sue Williams, Margaret Truan, Thurman, Truman, Reed and Daniel Maynard.

She is survived by: her siblings, Geraldine Phillips (Rellon) of Cookeville and Eulas Maynard (Connie) of Lebanon, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
