She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilse Sanford Horn and Dorothy Etter Horn Loftis (Hall); and her siblings, Sanford, Sam, Alvie Horn, Tina Hutson, Gladys Phy, Barbara Jean Horn and Ruby Jewel Horn.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Lewis; and her sisters, Margaret Bouton and Neta Crosswhite. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
