She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Perlongo (Greg) of Cookeville, Amber Adams of Cookeville and David Adams (Janine) of Bloomington Springs; her siblings, Carol Garrett of Livingston, Anita Hancock (Larry) of Livingston and Lee Savage (Brenda) of Livingston; her grandchildren, Tamra Jackson (Caleb), Joseph Perlongo, Daniel Perlongo (Lexie), Jason Payne, Nina Paul (Daniel), Bryan Harris (Madelyn), Tiffany Reed (James) and Megan Atherton (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Dominic Payne, Audrey Faye Jackson, Ashton Jackson, Daniel Paul, Leeah Paul, David Paul, Aayden Harris, Layne Harris, Jaxson McElvain and Jaiden Reed; and her grandson Eric Kapamas.
