He is survived by: his wife Donna Milton (Hooks); his sons, Andy Milton (Leah) and David Milton (Toni Sullivan); his grandchildren, Evann Young, Elizabeth Milton and Seth Milton (Annah Roberts); and his siblings, Janie Davis (Phil) and Rick Milton (Glenora). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
