She is survived by: her husband James Dial; her son Rob Ring; her daughter-in-law Shannon Terry; her brother Ernie Hassler of Cookeville; her sister-in-law Janice Sells of Cookeville; and her caregivers, Rena Brooks, Flossy Jordan, Kelly Piepmeier, Marcia Riddle, Michelle Robbins, Joyce Sievers and Jenny Teeples.
