He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammie Baker and Lois Tarpley Williams; his wife Henrietta Clouse Williams; and his brothers, Sam, Paul, John, Merlin, Bob, Fred, Terry and Billy (Doris Williams). He is also survived by cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cookeville City Cemetery (241 S Walnut Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
