He was predeceased by: his wife Bettye Ruth Kash; his brother Lewis Kash; and his parents, Roscoe Conkling and Ladye Ruth Stephens Kash. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Batchelor (Mike) of Madison, AL and Holly Schauer (Aaron) of Portland, OR.; and his grandsons, Brett, Blake, Matthew and David.
