He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Lou Bilbrey of Cookeville and Ruth Childress of Gainesboro. He is survived by: his parents, Herb Baugh and Pauletta Baugh; his wife Kristie Baugh; his children, Autumn Baugh and Ben Baugh; his brother William Baugh III; and his niece McKenna Baugh. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear close friends.
