He is survived by: his wife Ira; his daughter Paramita Mookherjee (Mita); his son-in-law Nikita Synytskyy; and his grandson Dmitriy Mookherjee Synytskyy of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by mentor, respected and beloved colleague, and cherished friend.
