She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Hensley Judd and Nancy Elizabeth Brown Judd; her husband Julius Lee Maynard; her son William Dale Maynard; and her siblings, John Henry, Alvin C., Bill, Tipp, Jessie, Charles, Brownie, Jim T. Judd, Rose Nell Wilkerson, Malinda Gore and Betty Jo Garrison.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Lee Maynard (Jamie) of Kettering, OH and Nancy Elizabeth Maynard of Cookeville, TN.; her grandchildren, Blake (Heather), Elijah and Samuel Maynard; and her nephew Jim Judd.
