He was predeceased by: his parents, Raybon Clifford Bell, Jr. and Lucille Bell (Slagle); his brother Raybon Lynn Bell; and his nephews, Jason Booth and Jeromy Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Bell; his daughters, Sherri Knight (Mitchell) and Cindy Starnes (Robert); his grandchildren, Blake Thomas, Ashleigh Thomas, Kayla Smith and Matthew Knight; and his siblings, Carol Carothers and Terry Bell (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
