He is survived by: his wife Vila Jones Bilbrey; his children, Wayne Bilbrey and Rosalie Bullard; his grandchildren, Dustin Bilbrey, Nichole Brown (Devin), Suzanne Smith, Katie Bullard and Jeremiah Bullard; his great grandchildren, Preston and Paisley Brown; and his nephews, Jim and Gary Wyatt.
