He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clouse and Ruby Clouse; and his siblings, James Clouse and Linda Clouse Dickens. He is survived by: his wife Linda Meadows Clouse; his son Michael (Ginger); his grandsons, Bralen and Caige Clouse; his siblings, Bobby Clouse, Carolyn Mathis, Jude Lowe, Karen and Christine; and his brother-in-law Harold Meadows (Joanna). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
