He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Henry and Vennie Henry (Walker); his siblings, Larry Henry and Joyce Pippin; and his stepdaughter Tiffany Likens.
He is survived by: his nephews, Gary and Chris Henry; his wife Tracy Henry (Likens); his son Jacob Henry; his stepson Jesse Puckett (Jamie); his sister Darlene Phillips (Jackie); and his brother-in-law James Pippin. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
