She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Willeford and Bonnie Lewis Willeford; and her husband Russell Phy. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Phy (Carol) and Wesley Phy (Diane); her grandchildren, Amber Gamboa, April Gourley, Brianny McEachen and Jeannette Harville; her siblings, Keith Willeford (Patti), Cynthia Hawkins (Doug) and Judy Sweat (Burt); her nephews, Kevin Hawkins (Emily), Kyle Hawkins (Veronica), Kendrick Hawkins (Karen), Todd Sweat (Kelly), Terry Sweat (Vicky) and Tracy Sweat; and her niece Kathy O'Neil Serval (Chris). She is also survived by great grandchildren, great grand grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
