He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Roger (Lisa) of Texas, Cindy (Brad) of Indiana, Tammy of Indiana, Michael (Kim) of Indiana and Matthew of Indiana; his grandchildren, Jessie, Rachel Brad Jr. (Rebekah) of Indiana, Beth and Hannah of Texas; his great grandchildren, Sam, Evan, Owen, Jaxon, Emmery, Ellie, Ruby and Judah; and his siblings, Joyce (Jim), Carol (Bill) of Indiana and Neal (Myra) of Florida.
