She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Burton (Stan) of Cookeville and Susan Johnson of Cookeville; her grandchildren, Eric Burton (Kristie) of Cookeville, Brent Johnson (Callie) of Augusta, GA, Beth VanDeven (Patrick) of Nashville and Ben Johnson (Bridget) of Cookeville; her great grandchildren, Joseph of Cookeville, Oliver of Cookeville, Emmitt of Cookeville, Cain of Cookeville, Cooper Burton of Cookeville, Tucker VanDeven of Nashville, Maegen Hamm and Madison Brown of Cookeville; her great great grandchildren, Kinsley and Emmerson Hamm of Cookeville; her nieces, Jeanne Garrison of Austin, TX, Darlene Hambric of Moody, AL, Veronica Hambric of Gardendale, AL and Mary Bowen of Baxter; her great-nephews, Christopher Porter (Emma) and Chad Porter (Meredith); her caregivers, Sinda Hull, Carolina Bain, Ann Holland, Diana Nievens, Cena Keisling, Gail Carr and Pat Hoffman; Poppy Porter, Bowen Porter and Marshall Porter.
