He is survived by: his brothers, Mike Fowler (Kimberly) and Mark Fowler (Deloris); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Hart Fowler, Cameron Mark Fowler (Abby), Makenzie Janiene Reynolds (Dylan) and Breanna Paige Fowler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
