He is survived by: his children, Christine Phillips, Matt (Tonya Phillips), Becky (Scott Hill), Sarah (Tad Warren) and Martha Haney. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints Cookeville (981 S Walnut Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Cemetery (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints Cookeville (981 S Walnut Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
