He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose V. Oracion and Leonida Biglete Oracion. He is survived by: his siblings, Jose Oracion (Lori), E. Jean Echavarria (Ruben) and Grace O. Chan (Jerry); and his siblings' children, Riza Leah Oracion, Ruben James Echavarria, Ryan Anthony Echavarria, Jerry Tyler Chan, Jarred Dillon Chan and Leilani Valledor.
