He is survived by: his wife Sandra Maddux Bohannon of Cookeville; his children, Alicia Haffner (Les) of Cookeville and Barry Bohannon (Macy) of Baxter; his sister Dianne Whitsitt (Jim) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Kylie Bohannon, Emmalyn and Brooklyn Haffner.
