He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ciaccio, Sr. and Rose Peri Ciaccio; his son Jerry Ciaccio; and his siblings, Sister Josephine, Anthony, Sam, Leo, Joseph, Jr. and Dominic Ciaccio.
He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Mae Randolph Ciaccio; his children, Siena Kolb (Bruce) of Bozeman, Thomas Ciaccio and Patricia Langevin (Gary) of Kankakee; his brother Francis Ciaccio; and his stepchildren, Sherry Gabelman (Cliff Keur), Parker Boles (Debra) of Cookeville and Randy Boles (Leah) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
