She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Calame and Nelma Calame (Whitlock); and her grandsons, Jeremy and Christopher. She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Jane) of Hillsboro, IL and Sherry Lassiter of Washington State; and her stepson Kenneth Bertram (Gail) of Minnesota. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Memorials can be made in lieu of flowers to Montgomery County Cancer Association.
