Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cookeville Chapel (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at the Smith Chapel Cemetery.
