She was predeceased by: her parents, P. J. Hammock and Jo Helen Hammock (Stafford); her husband Lloyd Phillips; her brother Mark Hammock; and her nephew Tracy Hammock.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Brown (Albert), Donnie Hammock (Kathy) and Ronnie Hammock (Shelia); her sister-in-law Shelia Hammock; her siblings' children, Renee Burris (Michael), Stephanie Mesagna (Ralph), Jessica Keen, Vanessa Hammock, Kellie Hammock, Terry Brown (Angela) and Travis Hammock (Brittanny); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindsay, Brooklynn, Kessie, Anna, Lennon, Addy, Zach, Josh, Kyler and Tatum; and her close friend Abby.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Funeral Home (800 W Jackson St, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
