He is survived by: his wife Tammy Allen of Cookeville, TN; his daughters, Samantha Allen of Cookeville, TN and Sonya Allen of Cookeville, TN; his siblings, Gary Dale Allen (Karen) of Cookeville, TN and Pamela Trisdale (Steve) of Baxter, TN; and his grandchildren, Kenan Hixson, Khloe Stafford, Kenna Allen, Kolt Allen and Konner Meadows.
