She is survived by : her husband Johnathan Davis; her parents, Terry Mansell of Cookeville and Melissa Wade-Taylor of Cookeville; her daughters, Carmen Elizabeth Hayes of Hilham, Tasia Marie Keaton of Flint, MI and Elizabeth Marie Davis of Cookeville; and her siblings, Trisha Michelle Wade of Flint, MI, Gabrielle Katlynn Wade of Cookeville, Jade Alexis Mansell of Cookeville and Justin Travis Wade of Cookeville.
