He is survived by: his mother Debbie Brewington of Cookeville; his brother Dustin Ryan Bilbrey (Kelley Likens) of Cookeville; his grandparents, Callie Hazel Brewington of Cookeville, Vila of Cookeville and Ivan Bilbrey of Cookeville; his aunts, Lisa Brewington and Rosalee Bullard; his uncle Wayne Bilbrey; his nieces and nephews, Jaycee Likens, Callie Henley, Rylan Bilbrey and Jayden Bass; his cousins, Lacy Stamps (Jason) and Brandon Henley; and his stepsiblings, John Padgett of Henderson, TN and Laura Padgett of Cookeville.
