He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Whiteaker and Eva Lee Whiteaker; and his brother Louis Whiteaker. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Lisa Whiteaker; and his sons, Nathan J. Whiteaker of Cookeville and Daniel Whiteaker of Cookeville.
