She is survived by : her husband Michael Scott of Cookeville; her sons, Jeff Smith of Cookeville, Chad Clark of Nashville, Alan Clark of Nashville and Joseph Smallwood of Cookeville; her brother Ernest Murphy of Nashville; her grandchildren, Belen Clark, Carlos Clark, Mason Clark and Elizabeth Clark; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Clark and Santiago Clark.
