He is survived by: his wife Kathy Phillips (Hammock); his close friends, Abby and Snuggles; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Mesagna (Ralph), Jessica Keen, Vanessa Hammock, Kellie Hammock, Renee Burris (Michael), Terry Brown (Angela) and Travis Hammock (Brittanny); his siblings-in-law, Ronnie Hammock (Shelia), Donnie Hammock (Kathy) and Betty Brown (Albert); and his aunt Linda Johnson.
