Lonnie Rice Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lonnie Rice of Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Mansfield Rice and Flora Alice Rice (Judd); his children, Randy Clee Rice and Dana Joy Lowe; his half-sisters, Grace Maynard, Ethel Rice and Versa Maxwell; and his siblings, Laurence, Houston, Arsen, Joe, Bob, Edna Williams, Delores Massey and Nancy Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Rice (Rooker); his daughter Shannon Glenn (Kevin); his grandsons, Jonathan Moore (Tiffany) and Jordan Lowe; his great grandchildren, Audri, Jason, Lorelei Lowe, Alessandra, Isabella, Liam and Evander Moore; and his grandmother Stidham (Wilma Rodgers). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
