She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Beedle and Kate Elizabeth Yarbrough Johnston of Trenton; her husband Clarence Millard Richards of Cookeville, Tennessee.; and her sister Katherine Elizabeth Johnston Wright of Dallas, Texas.. She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Melinda Lou and Elizabeth Claire McMillan (Richards). She is also survived by her two daughters, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made in her name to CRMC Hospital Volunteers, First United Methodist Church, or the Bryan Symphony Orchestra.
