She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Boles Billingsley and Maggie Ethel Coomer Billingsley; her siblings, Reba Nell Johnson and David Graves Billingsley; and her grandmother Mai.
She is survived by: her husband Herb Smith; her sons, Larry Smith (Donna) of Cookeville and David Ray Smith (Sue Ann) of Cookeville; her siblings, Don Billingsley (Sylvia) of Oneida, TN, Ruth Hale of Hendersonville, TN and Patricia Spivey of Madison, TN.; her grandchildren, Addison Smith (Maegan) of Cookeville, Clayton Smith (Sascha) of Knoxville and Blake Smith of Virginia; her great grandchildren, Harper Smith and Blakely Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Law of Cookeville, Janie Billingsley of Goodlettsville and Billy Johnson of Clarksville.
The family encourages donations to Churches of Christ Disaster Relief or Smith Chapel Cemetery.
