She was predeceased by : her parents, Gaither Riggs and Ruthie Frye Riggs; and her siblings, Mamie Brown, Lilly Cox, Marie Lemons, Hattie Riggs, Hazel Riggs, Roy, Jim, Edgar, Junior and Johnny Riggs.

She is survived by : her children, Randy Dinkens (Rebecca) of Ft. Meyers, Barbara Speicher (Chad) of Edon, Jimmy Dinkens of Grandview, Sandra Yates of Crossville and Danny Dinkens (Charlotte) of Tracy City, Tennessee. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vaughn Funeral Home (150 New Lake Rd, Spring City, TN 37381). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
