She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Barbara Judd (Billy); and her brother-in-law Victor Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Larry Sullivan; her children, Ryan England (Angie), Samuel England (Autumn) and Natisha England; her stepchildren, Jon Sullivan of Florida and Heather Butler of Florida; her nephew Ryan Sullivan (Sabrina); her grandchildren, Nathaniel England, Abby Pollitt, Grace, Vanessa Bolanos, McKayla England, Israel, Lillie, Lila Rosie, Milo Jo, Jonah England and Malachi; her uncle Bob Quintana (Pam); her brothers, Kevin Sullivan (Keri), Richard Sullivan (Heidi) and James Sullivan; Sarah Arp. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the following: The Cancer Society, Shipley Church, Shipley Cemetery Mowing Fund, Putnam County Animal Shelter, or the Gardeners Association.
