With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Phillips of Cookeville, Tennessee, born in Monroe, Tennessee, who passed away on April 23, 2026 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maxine Phillips to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy G. Phillips; her parents, Alfred White and Mattie White; and her siblings, Bob White, Don White (Jean), Geraldine (Shirley) and Bill White.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Phillips (Yvonne), David Phillips (Jennifer) and Pat Fox (Marvin); her siblings, Jean Sullivan (Larry) and Ron White (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Marian White, Mary Frances White and Betty Ducket. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
