Maxwell (Kay D.); her grandson Joshua Adam Maxwell; her son Kenneth Daniel Maxwell; her siblings, Viness Walter Lacey Jr. (V. W.), Barry Leigh Lacey, Leon Edward Lacey and Patricia Ann Lacey; and her stepbrother Benjamin Franklin Peacher, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Lee Maxwell (Connie) of Baxter, David Robert Maxwell (Margaret) of Cookeville, Tennessee and Diana Kay Maxwell Adams (L. Peyton) of Madisonville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jackson, Jesse, Bradley, Brandon and Brent Maxwell; her great grandchildren, Emery, Knox, Daniel Hunter Maxwell and Boston (Mary); her great great grandchild Averick Hunter Maxwell; her sisters, Janice K. Butler (Cleo), Jennifer Lynne Stephenson (Bill) and Nora Jean Justice; her stepsister Glenda Carole Peacher; and her brothers, Christopher Boone Lacey (Pam) and Theodore Melton Lacey.
