He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Tripp; and his parents, Charles Tripp and Mary Ellen Tripp. He is survived by: his children, David Tripp and Kate Tripp; his siblings, Dean Tripp (Lori), Kenny Tripp (Tammy) and Lisa Hartnett (Regis); and his brother-in-law John Wolfert (Melissa). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews and one great niece.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cookeville Chapel (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501).
