She was predeceased by: her parents, B. Ballard Ballard and Retta Mansell Ballard; and her sisters, Polly Clinton and Anita Rhoten. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Hawkins (Cindy) of Cookeville and Tammy Smith (Eric) of Watertown; and her grandsons, Conner Hawkins (Hannah) of Cookeville and Eric Breedlove (Brooke) of Lebanon.
