He is survived by: his children, William Robert Garrett of Livingston, TN, Valerie of Murfreesboro, TN and Phyllis Jackson of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandson Jordan Goodloe (Shandi) of Cookeville; his great grandchildren, Tarelle Goodloe of Pikeville, TN, Kahlia and Emeri Goodloe of Cookeville; his siblings, John Edward Jackson (late Shirley) of Cookeville, Dr. Ella Louise Jackson of Cookeville, Juanita Stone (Richard) of Cookeville and Eleene Okorji of Cookeville; and his parents-in-law, Charles Bartlett (Garetta) of Fayetteville, NC, Bobby Bartlett (Geneva), Kenneth (Anita) of Celina, TN, Jerry Bartlett of Louisville, KY, Sharon Stovall (Jay) of Louisville, KY, Georgia Watkins and James Halsell of Celina, TN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
