He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lowe and Bertha Louella Cooley Lowe; his daughter Sabrina Wright; and his brothers, Charlie and J. W. Lowe.
He is survived by: his son Ralph "Booger" Lowe, Jr. (Annette); his grandchildren, David Lowe, Sabrina Lowe, Christian Lowe, Johnny Wright and Jasmine Wright; and his sisters, Louella "Punkin" Lowe (Virginia Lowe) and Best Friend (Ed Loftis).
